Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and drive workplace safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives across our operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental regulations, and company policies while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively engage employees, management, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Lead safety meetings, audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations across facilities. Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct job hazard analyses (JHA), risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations. Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans to address safety concerns. Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation. Training & Employee Engagement Design and deliver safety, compliance, and preventative care training programs. Provide health and safety guidance to project managers, supervisors, and employees. Promote employee awareness and participation in safety initiatives. 2015 Environmental Management System. Lead sustainability programs and environmental compliance initiatives. Oversee hazardous materials management and personal protective equipment (PPE) programs. Incident & Emergency Management Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain Emergency Action Plans. Manage incident reporting, investigations, notifications, and corrective actions. Oversee the Workers' Compensation program, including case management and return-to-work processes. Manage workplace drug screening programs, including random, pre-employment, and post-incident testing. Operational Excellence Develop and implement safety protocols for production equipment and processes. Conduct plant safety audits and drive continuous improvement efforts. Support asset protection and operational excellence initiatives. Oversee company fleet safety and vehicle management programs. Administrative & Reporting Prepare safety reports, presentations, policy manuals, and business correspondence. Coordinate project schedules, invoices, submittals, and status updates. Present project and safety performance updates to business and operational leaders. Utilize visual presentation and media tools to create training and communication materials. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, environmental health and safety, or plant operations. Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment . Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety practices, and environmental compliance requirements. Current First Aid and CPR certification . Experience managing or supporting

2015 Environmental Management Systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
