EHS Manager On site in New Century, KS - relocation support provided upon approval. We're seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and process safety initiatives at a manufacturing facility in Kansas City. This role will partner closely with site leadership to drive compliance, improve safety performance, strengthen safety culture, and support continuous improvement across the plant. Key Responsibilities Lead site-wide Environmental, Health & Safety programs and initiatives Develop and execute safety, environmental, and compliance strategies Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards Drive Process Safety Management (PSM) and behavioral safety programs Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and EH&S audits Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement plans Coach, mentor, and develop EHS team members Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve site performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of EHS, Operations, Maintenance, Manufacturing, or related leadership experience Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) Hands-on experience with: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Confined Space Entry Respiratory Protection Line Break Procedures Safe Work Practices Proven ability to lead investigations, audits, and compliance initiatives Preferred Experience Manufacturing or industrial environment Building and improving safety culture Team leadership and employee development Cross-functional collaboration across operations, maintenance, engineering, and technical teams Why Apply? ✅ High-impact leadership role ✅ Opportunity to shape site safety culture ✅ Career growth potential ✅ Excellent benefits and paid time off ✅ Minimal travel Interested?
