Roles we're filling: Distribution Technician — inspect, package, and ship finished product Machine Operator — run label machines to hit production targets Press Assistant — support press operators; grow toward Press Operator What you'll do (all roles): Follow job schedules and Company instructions Track time and materials in ERP systems and keep accurate production logs Maintain quality standards and report production, equipment, print, shipping, or quality issues to the Company Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all PPE and safety procedures, including LOTO where applicable Support additional production, warehouse, or distribution tasks as needed Distribution Technician Inspect, separate, slot, and package products accurately Prepare and verify shipments before delivery Communicate with shipping carriers regarding deliveries or delays Machine Operator Operate label machines safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines Monitor machine performance and minimize material waste Maintain and care for machine dies and equipment Assist with overtime or schedule changes as required Press Assistant Assist the Press Operator with setup, makeready, and changeovers Load and unload substrate rolls/sheets and monitor material supply during runs Mix and monitor ink levels, viscosity, and color match to specifications Perform in-process quality checks (color, registration, alignment) and flag deviations Assist with routine press cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance Stage materials, tooling, plates, and dies for upcoming jobs Support troubleshooting of minor mechanical or print quality issues Communicate proactively with the Press Operator and production team on job status Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred; print/press experience a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working around moving machinery and following LOTO/safety protocols Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule Basic math skills for measurements, mixing ratios, and counts Team-oriented with a willingness to learn Physical requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching Frequent lifting and carrying of rolls, boxes, and tooling Exposure to noise (PPE provided), inks/solvents, and moving equipment typical of a production/press floor.
