We're looking for a hands-on Operations & Safety Supervisor to help keep our Shreveport operation organized, efficient, and safe. You'll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, equipment, fleet, safety, and a small team while supporting our restoration crews. This is a great opportunity for an experienced restoration, warehouse, logistics, construction, or field-services professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day warehouse organization and operations Manage contents, equipment, supplies, and inventory Coordinate fleet maintenance, inspections, and repairs Lead and support a small team Conduct safety inspections and maintain OSHA documentation Coordinate safety training, respirator fit testing, and incident reporting Help ensure crews have the equipment and supplies they need Identify and solve operational issues Participate in a rotating after-hours/weekend on-call schedule Take incoming customer calls and coordinate the appropriate response when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in restoration, warehouse operations, logistics, construction, or a related field Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a hands-on environment Experience with inventory, equipment, fleet, or operations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to hold yourself and others accountable Restoration experience is strongly preferred; SERVPRO experience is a plus Why Join Us?
