We are hiring Construction Safety Professionals across multiple levels to support our growing footprint throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Whether you are early in your safety career or a seasoned expert, you will play a critical role in strengthening our proactive safety culture across jobsites and prefabrication operations. These are local roles. Per diem is not offered. What You'll DoField & Prefab Support Conduct regular jobsite and prefab facility safety audits with foremen, General Foremen, and project teams. Observe and participate in Daily Pre-Task Plans, toolbox talks, and safety stand-downs. Support crews with hazard identification, mitigation strategies, and field coaching. Build strong relationships with electricians, supervisors, and management to reinforce a consistent safety culture. Training & Compliance Deliver training and qualifications based on your level, including NFPA 70E, fall protection, aerial lifts, forklifts, ladders, scaffolding, confined spaces, and equipment operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and company safety standards. Maintain required certifications and support training documentation, rosters, and recordkeeping. Incident Response & Case Management Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions using root-cause methodologies. Support or lead (depending on level) corrective action development and follow-up. Provide nurse case management and ensure proper medical guidance for injured employees. Collaboration & Leadership Partner with project managers, field leadership, and general contractors through site walks, coordination meetings, and safety committees. Help implement new safety programs, procedures, and equipment. Maintain and track specialized safety equipment inventory. What You Bring We hire at multiple levels. Candidates who meet any one of the following profiles are encouraged to apply. Entry-Level / Safety Coordinator 1-3 years of safety experience in construction, commercial or industrical electrical, utilities, or a similar environment. OSHA 30 required or able to obtain quickly. Strong communication, organization, and willingness to learn in the field. Mid-Level / Safety Specialist 3-7 years of experience supporting safety on active construction sites. Working knowledge of electrical or MEP trades preferred. CPR/First Aid/AED certified. Certifications such as OSHA 510, CHST, or ASP are a plus. Senior-Level / Lead Safety Professional (Meets one or more of the following) B.S. in a safety-related field with 6+ years of experience
