Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Emergency Services Manager / Director to lead our emergency response operations. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of emergency services, ensuring prompt, efficient, and high-quality care for our residents. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating care teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards to support our residents' safety and well-being. Duties Oversee quality control for both ongoing and completed job sites to ensure compliance with company and industry standards Estimate and manage all EMS (Emergency Services) claims with accuracy and efficiency Direct daily operations of the EMS department, including workflow coordination and performance monitoring Onsite loss inspections to assess damage and determine appropriate mitigation strategies Schedule and dispatch crews based on job requirements, timelines, and resource availability Train and mentor team members to improve skills, safety practices, and overall productivity Support additional operational needs, special projects, and management requests to maintain smooth and efficient department performance Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in the Restoration Industry Must know how to write Xactimate estimates Knowledge of insurance claims procedures and documentation standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Effective communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Must be able to pass a background check Join us as an Emergency Services Manager / Director to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives by leading compassionate, efficient emergency response initiatives.
