You will drive results by ensuring all quality and food safety standards are met in alignment with Kellanova's policies, procedures, and practices. This is an on-site role at our Cary, NC manufacturing facility, where your leadership will directly impact production and team success. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Quality Leader- Lead quality and food safety programs for some of our most trusted brands, ensuring the Business Unit complies with all quality and food safety laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Drive continuous improvement through strong operational management and disciplined execution across all products. Plant Partnerships
- Partner closely with the Site QFS Manager and Business Unit QFS Managers to implement programs and share best practices. Collaborate with Business Unit leadership and plant teams to ensure compliance and identify quality and food safety risks. People Management
- Lead a team of leaders and technicians responsible for quality and food safety in a 24/7 operation. Develop, inspire, and energize the team to deliver high performance and strong self‑accountability through effective people leadership and influence. Audits
- Maintain high internal and external standards, and lead the coordination, preparation, and corrective action management for annual internal and third‑party audits.
