The Safety Manager is responsible for all safety-related needs on a project. This role reviews and engages team members onsite, ensuring proper preparedness and execution of safety protocols and procedures. This Safety Manager works with the client and the Territory Safety Lead to ensure Lithko is meeting and exceeding the safety program goals while completing the necessary reporting. Key Responsibilities Provides leadership and support to Craft in Daily Plan Preparation (DPP) and Operational Activity Trainings (OAT) engagement. Reviews all work activities on site during their shift to promote safe work practices and appropriate PPE usage by engaging craft and holding others accountable to influence behavioral change. Completes all necessary internal and external safety related documentation and paperwork as it relates to their shift and phase of work. Completed multiple safety observations per week. Requirements & Preferences Capable of walking and traversing a jobsite at all hours.
