Bilingual Quality Team Manager:

Direct the company's long-term food safety strategy while maintaining and evolving our current SQF program standards. Lead regulatory inspection readiness, third-party site audits, and internal Food Safety Committee meetings. Oversee vendor compliance, managing supplier approval documentation, food safety alerts, and mock product recalls. Partner with cross-functional plant teams to evaluate production trends, identify quality variance root causes, and correct defects. Develop and deliver ongoing employee training programs centered on OSHA protocols, HACCP guidelines, and site quality expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and supplier non-conformance issues, executing timely corrective action plans. Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

Active HACCP certification required (PCQI and SQF Practitioner credentials preferred). Deep technical understanding of

FDA, AMS, FSIS

regulatory standards, and general OSHA workplace safety rules. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent combination of direct industry experience). Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Bilingual preferred). Strong technical aptitude with experience utilizing ERP systems, inventory databases, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
