Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead our organization's commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental policies aligned with local, state, federal, and industry regulations such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), and other relevant standards. Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and root cause investigations to identify potential safety or environmental issues proactively. Lead incident investigations including report writing and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols. Manage compliance with hazardous materials regulations, environmental management systems, and workplace safety standards to ensure operational adherence. Coordinate employee training programs on safety procedures, OSHA regulations, environmental health practices, first aid (including CPR), and emergency response protocols. Oversee the management of environmental regulatory compliance programs related to waste disposal, emissions control, hazardous materials handling, and other environmental health concerns. Maintain thorough documentation of safety audits, incident reports, compliance records, training activities, and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement in occupational health practices. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with a strong understanding of workplace safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Demonstrated expertise in environmental management systems (EMS) and environmental regulatory compliance. Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations and hazardous waste handling procedures. Excellent communication skills for delivering training sessions and preparing detailed reports for regulatory agencies. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
