Job Description

Occupational Health Manager:
$95k - $105k/yr The Occupational Health Manager directs, administers, supervises, and evaluates site occupational health department with professional expertise and administrative leadership. Responsible for overseeing a team of healthcare professionals and for direct care of employees according to medical directives, policies/procedures and physicians standing orders.
Summary:
Full-Time (direct hire) RN Leadership position Located in Tri-Cites (Nebraska) area Occupational Health / Clinic Setting Responsibilities include maintaining an efficient occupational health care process appropriate to the needs of the facility with respect to the size and nature of work activities Manage Occupational Health staff and ensures standardized application of policy and quality of nursing care, and ensures adherence to health management protocols, medical directives, policies and procedures and physicians standing orders Ensures that appropriate documentation of care provided meets legal requirements and provides continuity of care

Day Schedule:
Monday - Friday Paid Holidays Off and almost NO weekends! Base Salary of $95,000 - $105,000/yr (based on experience) with additional 20% bonus potential Relocation Assistance (for eligible candidates)
Desired Qualifications:
Current Nebraska RN Nursing License (required) Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Five or more years of nursing experience required Three or more year of Leadership experience preferred Previous Occupational Health and/or Clinic Nursing experience preferred This is a full-time direct hire position, hired on directly with the organization from first day of employment.
