Lincoln, NE | 45-Day Project | Immediate Start Ellerbrock-Norris is seeking an experienced Safety Professional for an immediate project at a data center construction site in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a 45-day assignment with a start date as early as next week, September 14th. We're looking for someone who can step onto an active construction site and hit the ground running. Construction safety experience and a CHST certification are required. Previous data center experience is strongly preferred. Compensation Up to $55/hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications What You'll Do Provide day-to-day safety oversight on an active data center construction site Conduct site safety observations, inspections, and audits Identify hazards and work with field teams to address issues quickly Support and enforce site-specific safety policies and procedures Conduct or assist with safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training Assist with incident reporting and investigations as needed Partner with contractors, supervisors, and project leadership to maintain a strong safety culture Help ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and established construction safety standards What We're Looking For CHST certification required Construction safety experience required Data center construction experience strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards Experience working directly with contractors and field personnel Ability to communicate effectively and confidently address safety concerns in the field Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced construction environment Ability to start as early as next week and commit to the approximately 45-day project
