About Our Client The hiring company is a well-established, medium-sized organization specializing in property development and construction. They are committed to delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance. Job Description Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies tailored to construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Provide safety training and guidance to employees and contractors on best practices and regulations. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks on job sites. Maintain all safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, and compliance certifications. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. Promote a culture of safety through proactive communication and engagement with team members. The Successful Applicant A successful Safety Manager should have: A strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry. Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs. Excellent communication and training skills to effectively educate team members on safety practices. Strong problem-solving skills to address safety concerns and implement solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Relevant certifications in occupational safety or construction safety management. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
