Are you an experienced and energetic Environmental Health and Safety professional who is looking for a company that centers Safety in its culture and products? We are on a fast-growth trajectory. This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art showcase facility in Hillsboro, Oregon , offered with a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity. The salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on experience, knowledge and skills. What You Bring Expertise in managing EH&S initiatives within a manufacturing setting, specifically in handling chemicals and hazardous materials. In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal EH&S regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements. Strong understanding of chemical handling, storage, and disposal procedures, as well as risk assessment and hazard control methodologies. Experience developing and implementing EH&S programs, policies, and training initiatives. Proficient in incident investigation techniques, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Proficient in using EH&S management software and systems (we use EHS Insight).
