EHS Manager Location:
South Hackensack, NJ -
Hybrid Salary:
$110K-$130K We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and training. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations . Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Manage corrective actions, OSHA/EMR tracking, and regulatory reporting. Lead employee safety training and Safety Committee initiatives. Support sustainability programs, including PFAS and carbon emissions reporting . Standardize EHS programs across multiple locations and perform compliance gap analyses.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field. 10+ years of EHS experience , preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of
OSHA, EPA, EHS
audits, risk assessment, and compliance . Experience implementing EHS programs across multiple locations.
ASP/OSHA
certification preferred. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills. Up to 10% travel .
