JHealth & Safety Director United States & Canada (up to 30% Travel Required) Up to $180,000 + 20% Bonus Opportunity A Health & Safety Director is required to lead health and safety compliance across industrial renewable energy operations throughout the U.S. and Canada. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of safety programmes, support field teams and help maintain high standards across multiple project sites. The Health & Safety Director will play a key role in developing, implementing and managing workplace safety programmes, ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements and supporting continuous improvement across operational environments.

The Health & Safety Director Role:

Provide safety oversight to field personnel to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and applicable regulations Develop and update safety manuals, procedures and training programmes Plan and conduct site safety audits, evaluations and compliance reviews Track compliance findings and support corrective actions through to completion Deliver safety training and education programmes, including safety equipment demonstrations Investigate accidents and reportable incidents to identify causes and help prevent future occurrences Support safe working practices across industrial project sites and office locations

Health & Safety Director Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 10 years' experience working in an industrial environment Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification required Strong working knowledge of

U.S. OSHA

regulations Experience developing, implementing and managing workplace safety programmes within industrial operations Experience within digesters, landfills, oil and gas operations, or biohazard environments is strongly preferred Strong communication, organisation and computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel up to 75% across the U.S. and Canada The successful Health & Safety Director will be comfortable working in industrial environments, including exposure to dirt, odours, noise, weather conditions and uneven terrain.s to apply.
