Job Summary A growing industrial construction and infrastructure organization is seeking a Safety Manager in Greer, SC. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a safety professional who enjoys building strong programs, partnering with field and operations teams, and creating safer, more compliant job sites. The Safety Manager will oversee occupational health and safety initiatives across construction, maintenance, and project environments, with a focus on OSHA compliance, training, site inspections, workers' compensation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee safety programs from project inception through completion, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and schedule expectations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve job site safety programs to reduce risk and promote occupational health. Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, document findings, and partner with teams to resolve safety concerns. Manage workers' compensation claims, including reporting, documentation, follow-up, and resolution support. Coordinate and facilitate safety training covering procedures, equipment operation, emergency response, certifications, and best practices. Maintain accurate safety, training, and compliance records within the HRIS system.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$75,000 to $100,000 per year.
