$85,000 - $130,000 (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Safety Superintendent to lead and manage safety programs on commercial and industrial construction projects. The Safety Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing site-specific safety plans, conducting inspections and safety meetings, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site Safety Superintendent for construction and industrial projects. Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, policies, and

compliance. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; drive corrective actions. Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures. Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training programs. Partner with project teams, subcontractors, and EHS leadership to integrate safety into project planning. Manage risk assessments, incident documentation, and corrective action tracking. Mentor and supervise on-site safety staff. Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives. Maintain required certifications, training records, and compliance documentation. Participate in pre-construction planning and safety reviews. Oversee electrical safety and lockout/tagout compliance. Prepare and report safety metrics to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience serving as a Safety Superintendent on commercial and/or industrial construction projects 4+ years of progressive safety experience in construction, electrical, or industrial environments preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC, and industry best practices; OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.

OSHA 500

instructor certification is a plus. Demonstrated experience with Root Cause Analysis and incident investigation methodologies.
