Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading organization in the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and Waste-to-Energy sector that is seeking an experienced HSE Site Manager to support a major active construction project. This individual will take ownership of on-site health, safety, and environmental activities, ensuring construction operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards. The HSE Site Manager will maintain a strong field presence, working closely with contractors, project teams, and site leadership to drive safety performance and a proactive safety culture throughout the project.

Responsibilties:

Ability to conduct daily site walkdowns, safety audits, inspections and monitor contractor compliance. Experience managing subcontractors and enforcing site HSE requirements. Experience leading incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions. Experience preparing HSE reports, statistics, and project documentation. Ability to work closely with project management, contractors, clients, and corporate HSE teams. Experience reviewing and implementing EHS plans, procedures and JHA.

Qualifications:

5+ years of HSE experience supporting construction projects and/or heavy industrial environment Experience in biogas, waste-to-energy, oil & gas, chemicals, power generation, or similar heavy industrial environments. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working on EPC projects and large industrial construction sites.
