This is a field-based role for someone who can work independently, travel to projects, and keep sites compliant and incident-ready. Responsibilities Oversee daily jobsite safety, inspections, and hazard correction Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans Conduct toolbox talks, orientations, and safety training Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions Maintain OSHA, company, and client safety documentation Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and project managers Support local and out-of-state projects as needed Required qualifications Current
OSHA 500
certificate Current First Aid/CPR credentials Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation to jobsites Ability and willingness to work on out-of-state jobsites Construction safety experience in a site-based role Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards Ability to communicate clearly with field crews and leadership Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and site conditions
Pay:
$63,600.75 - $80,000.00 per year
