10/08/2026 Job Description Job Description About the Role TradeWise Staffing is hiring an experienced Project Safety Manager for a large-scale industrial construction project involving material handling system installation. You'll be the dedicated, full-time safety lead on site, with the authority and support to run the project safety program from day one. What You'll Do Establish, implement, and maintain the project safety program Lead safety planning, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and all applicable site safety requirements Oversee high-risk work including fall protection, MEWPs, confined spaces, electrical safety, hot work, hoisting and rigging, steel erection, and excavation/trenching Run pre-task planning and enforce PPE standards Mentor subcontractor safety reps and partner with craft leadership to drive accountability Report safety performance and KPIs to project leadership Requirements (one of the following) Bachelor's degree in HSE/Occupational Safety + 3 years construction safety management experience Board certification from a nationally recognized organization (CSP, CHST, ASP, etc.) + 5 years construction safety management experience

OSHA 500

certification + 6 years construction safety management experience Also Required Current AED, CPR, and First Aid certification from a nationally recognized program Ability to commit 100% of your time to the project on site Updated resume and proof of certifications at time of submittal Why TradeWise W2 employment with weekly pay Steady work on major industrial projects Company Description TradeWise is a start-up on the rise, and we're building something big from the ground up.
