Full Job Description Our client is seeking an Experienced Safety Personnel to join their team and ensure a safe working environment across our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, occupational health, and compliance management. This role is crucial in promoting safety standards and ensuring adherence to regulations such as OSHA and NEC. The Experienced Safety Personnel will be responsible for developing safety protocols, conducting training sessions, and monitoring compliance to minimize workplace hazards. Duties Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Provide training and guidance on safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency procedures. Assist in the investigation of incidents to determine root causes. Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions for compliance management purposes. Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety). Requirements Proven experience in safety management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of risk management principles and occupational health standards. Proficiency in using construction management software for tracking safety metrics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train diverse teams on safety protocols effectively.
