This individual will serve as a key safety partner to field operations, driving compliance, promoting safety ownership, and ensuring a strong safety culture across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep construction safety expertise, experience supporting utility infrastructure work, and the ability to develop and implement proactive safety programs. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, leading incident investigations, developing hazard analyses and safety plans, delivering training, and partnering with operations leadership to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory compliance. • Experience with Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA), Daily Job Briefings, and Safety Action Plans
• Demonstrated competency in: Excavation safety Rigging practices Confined space safety Scaffolding safety Fall protection
• Ability to interface with customers, vendors, and field management on safety initiatives

• OSHA 510

  Certification
• CPR Certification
• Gas distribution experience
• Water distribution experience
• Substation construction experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing site-specific safety plans and lift plans
• Bilingual communication skills
