+ Per Diem X3 is hiring an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety operations on active industrial construction projects. This role is primarily based in Texas with ongoing travel to project sites in Texas, Arizona, and Colorado .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead daily safety operations across active industrial construction sites Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits Enforce OSHA, company, and site-specific safety requirements Oversee high-voltage electrical safety procedures Monitor lift operations and heavy equipment safety Lead site orientations, daily tailgate meetings, and safety training Investigate accidents and incidents Conduct root-cause analysis and maintain safety documentation Manage safety records using Procore and Microsoft Office Support regulatory inspections and safety audits Partner with project management and field leadership to maintain a strong safety culture

REQUIREMENTS OSHA 500

Certification required Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification required Proven industrial construction safety experience High-voltage electrical safety experience Lift and heavy equipment safety experience Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel continuously between project sites in TX, AZ, and

CO PREFERRED

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
