$80,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Position Summary The Safety Supervisor is responsible for leading TOYO Solar Texas LLC's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program by developing, implementing, and continuously improving safety initiatives that protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence. This position provides leadership to the Safety Coordinators and Safety Technicians across all shifts while partnering with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to build and maintain a world-class safety culture. The Safety Supervisor serves as the Company's subject matter expert on OSHA compliance, risk management, incident prevention, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safety Leadership Supervise, coach, and develop the Safety Coordinators and Safety Technicians. Lead the Company's overall Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program. Promote a proactive safety culture throughout all departments. Partner with managers and supervisors to ensure consistent application of safety policies and procedures. Lead the Safety Committee and support continuous improvement initiatives. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local safety regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain company safety programs, policies, and procedures. Maintain OSHA logs, regulatory reporting, permits, and compliance documentation. Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections and audits. Risk Management Conduct facility safety inspections and risk assessments. Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Risk Assessments Emergency Response Plans Safety Data Sheet (SDS) program Incident Investigation Lead accident, injury, and near-miss investigations. Perform root cause analyses. Develop corrective action plans. Coordinate workers' compensation investigations and return-to-work activities with Human Resources. Safety Training Develop and conduct employee safety orientation. Deliver OSHA-required training. Conduct supervisor safety leadership training. Coordinate emergency drills and annual compliance training. Reporting & Analytics Maintain safety metrics and dashboards. Prepare monthly EHS reports for executive leadership.

Leadership Responsibilities Supervise and evaluate Safety Coordinators and Safety Technicians. Establish departmental goals and KPIs. Conduct performance evaluations. Mentor employees and support professional development. Recommend staffing, training, and process improvements. Other Duties Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Deputy General Manager. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
