Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our construction projects. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities Develop and enforce construction site safety policies aligned with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, and other industry standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards related to electrical safety procedures, occupational health, and overall construction workplace safety regulations. Lead safety training sessions for construction teams, including first aid, CPR, hazard recognition, and compliance management. Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and injuries across multiple sites. Oversee incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to improve safety protocols. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, workers' compensation requirements, and construction regulatory standards at all times. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety management into daily operations using construction management software and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) systems. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site safety management or a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, ANSI standards, NFPA standards, NEC codes, and construction safety regulations. Expertise in occupational health principles and risk management strategies specific to construction environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of safety awareness. Familiarity with construction management software and compliance management tools. Excellent communication skills for delivering safety training and conducting site inspections. Certifications such as First Aid & CPR, OSHA 30-Hour or 500-Hour Construction Safety Certification are preferred.
