KP Staffing is now hiring EHS Manager for a company that manufactures prefabricated solutions for mission-critical facilities in Houston, TX 77029! Job Summary The EHS Manager will lead the implementation and maintenance of site-specific health and safety programs for a manufacturing facility. This role will oversee compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements while supporting risk mitigation and safety performance. Pay $95,000 - $150,000 per year Shift 1st shift: first shift Duties Plan, design, and oversee company health and safety programs Manage health and safety systems in line with organizational plans, OSHA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations Lead day-to-day health and safety activities to ensure risk mitigation and regulatory compliance Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses, audits, and monitor safety performance Investigate incidents and accidents and ensure timely corrective and preventive action plans Provide guidance on OSHA regulations and company safety policies Identify and recommend improvements to health and safety policies and processes Maintain and enhance risk-assessment mechanisms across the organization Report monthly on health and safety activities and performance, including OSHA recordkeeping Develop and implement health and safety strategies, action plans, and targets Produce and deliver safety presentations and proposals Maintain accurate records and follow organizational policies and procedures Interact and cooperate with members of the organization, suppliers, and clients Responsibilities Set and achieve individual and team targets that contribute to overall team success Oversee the training and development of team members Delegate tasks within the team and ensure supervision, accountability, and review Set an example of commitment, safety awareness, work ethic, and personal character Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a safety manager or in a similar EHS leadership role OSHA 30-Hour (General Industry or Construction) required CSP, ASP, or CHST certification strongly preferred Working knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910 / 1926) and applicable Texas and local requirements Leadership and team-management capabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skilled with EHS management tools/software and incident-reporting systems Ability to function in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and compliance Job Type Direct Hire 4926 Fairmont Pkwy Pasadena Tx 77505 (346)301-9719
