SAFETY MANAGER

Schedule:

Up to 72 hours per week We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety operations for a low-voltage/fiber contractor working on a large-scale construction project in Red Oak.

Minimum Requirements:

OSHA 510

•REQUIRED OSHA 30-Hour Construction Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience Previous Safety Manager, Lead Safety Professional, or similar experience Experience with low-voltage, fiber, electrical, data center, or mission-critical construction Experience conducting JHA/JSA reviews, field inspections, toolbox talks, orientations, incident investigations, and corrective actions Strong knowledge of fall protection, ladders, scaffolds, MEWPs, electrical safety, material handling, PPE, and general construction safety Ability to work effectively with project management, superintendents, foremen, craft personnel, and GC safety representatives Strong written communication and safety documentation skills Ability to work up to 72 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

CHST, ASP, CSP, CSHO, or similar safety credential Data center / mission-critical construction experience

Schedule:

Approximately 60 hours per week

Per Diem:

$180 per night We are seeking an experienced, field-oriented Safety Coordinator to support a mechanical contractor on an active construction project in Afton.

Minimum Requirements:

OSHA 510

•REQUIRED OSHA 30-Hour Construction Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience Experience supporting mechanical, HVAC, piping, plumbing, industrial, commercial, or similar construction activities Knowledge of hot work, fall protection, ladders, scaffolds, MEWPs, rigging, material handling, PPE, and housekeeping requirements Experience conducting daily safety inspections and documenting observations Ability to review JHAs/JSAs and work with supervision to correct identified hazards Ability to conduct toolbox talks and communicate effectively with field employees Strong safety documentation and communication skills Ability to work approximately 60 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Liberty Safety Company is looking for field-oriented, dependable, professional safety personnel who are comfortable working directly with construction crews and project leadership. These are hands-on field safety positions. Candidates should be prepared to spend the majority of their time in the field identifying hazards, coaching employees, documenting observations, and working with supervision to resolve safety concerns.
