Position Overview We are seeking a proactive, field-focused Safety Manager to lead workplace safety efforts, support regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across our operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual, holds an

OSHA 510

certification, and maintains current First Aid and CPR certifications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Lead bilingual safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA requirements, company policies, and client safety standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors, recommend corrective actions, and follow through to completion.
• Maintain accurate training records, inspection reports, incident documentation, and safety metrics.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and provide First Aid/CPR support when needed.
• Partner with project leadership, supervisors, employees, and subcontractors to reduce risk and improve safety performance. Required Qualifications
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Current

OSHA 510

certification.

• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Strong communication, training, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in active field environments and address safety concerns professionally and promptly. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Coordinator, or similar role in construction or industrial operations.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and developing corrective action plans.
• Additional safety credentials, such as CHST, CSP, or

OSHA 500.

Schedule and Work Environment This is a field-based position that may require travel between jobsites, outdoor work, and flexibility based on project schedules.
