Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks to ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about construction safety management practices and compliance requirements. Manage incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Oversee risk management strategies by assessing potential hazards and implementing mitigation measures across multiple construction sites.
