The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and protocols, leading safety training programs, investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance for safety environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement safety policies and protocols to ensure compliance for safety environment Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards at the construction site Lead safety training and development programs for construction personnel Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations specifically tailored to construction site Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related area 3-5 years of experience in construction safety management roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) OSHA 30•Hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health certification or equivalent
