Will ensure that the organization has a systematic approach to complying with environmental regulations, such as managing waste or air emissions. Other responsibilities may include finding ways to reduce the organization's carbon footprint.

OSHA/WISHA
requirements, hazardous materials/waste, and manufacturing EHS regulations. Strong communication, leadership, coaching, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret regulations, manage multiple priorities, and translate requirements into practical solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS recordkeeping/reporting systems. Preferred CertificationsCSP, ASP, CHMM, OSHA
30-Hour General Industry, HAZWOPER, and/or First Aid/CPR/AED. Manufacturing Environment Hands-on work in an active manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, chemicals, noise, and material-handling equipment. Marine manufacturing experience and familiarity with fiberglass/composites, gelcoat, adhesives, solvents, coatings, aluminum fabrication, or welding are desirable.
