Overview Arctic Transport LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Manager / Head of Safety & Compliance to join our team! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Manager to lead our safety and environmental compliance initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this vital role, you will champion workplace safety, ensure adherence to environmental regulations, and foster a culture of continuous safety improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the company's Safety & Compliance Department Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations Maintain and review driver qualification files Monitor Hours of Service (HOS), ELD, inspections, and violations Review driver safety performance and provide coaching Handle accident investigations and documentation Manage and follow up on company insurance claims Communicate with insurance companies and other parties regarding claims Develop and maintain safety procedures and company policies Prepare safety reports for company management Assist drivers with safety and compliance questions Work closely with

Fleet, Recruiting, Dispatch, and Management We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

Experience in trucking safety or transportation compliance Good knowledge of

DOT/FMCSA

regulations Experience with

HOS, ELD
