Training or Certification Data center construction experience Experience supporting mission-critical or industrial projects Experience with energized work planning and electrical hazard assessments CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily safety activities for electrical construction operations Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements Support and enforce electrical safety procedures and site-specific safety standards Assist with energized work planning and electrical hazard mitigation efforts Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation Deliver new hire orientations and ongoing safety training Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records Partner with project supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards Promote a positive safety culture across the project Technical Knowledge Candidates should have working knowledge of: OSHA Construction Standards Electrical Construction Safety
