You know the best safety professionals aren't sitting in the trailer waiting for an incident report. You're already walking the site before everyone else, spotting problems before they become injuries, and earning respect because you know when to coach instead of lecture. If that's how you work, there's a utility-scale wind project that needs someone exactly like you. What you'll be doing: Be the owner's safety representative on a large utility-scale wind construction project. Walk the site daily, identifying hazards before they become incidents. Partner with EPC safety teams to improve performance without directing their work. Lead safety observations, audits, and compliance reviews that keep the project moving safely. Participate in daily planning meetings and collaborate with construction leadership. Review incident investigations, identify root causes, and help drive corrective actions. Build a culture where safety is expected—not enforced after the fact.

What you get:

$50/hour $160/day per diem (7 days/week) Company truck and laptop provided $50/month cell phone allowance Paid mobilization and demobilization Rotation home every four weeks for qualifying travelers Long-term contract running approximately one year on a utility-scale wind project Who you are: You don't measure success by how many reports you write—you measure it by the incidents that never happen. You've spent at least five years keeping construction sites safe, preferably on utility-scale wind projects. You hold your OSHA 30, understand OSHA regulations inside and out, and know how to build credibility with craft professionals, contractors, and project leadership alike. CHST or CSP certification is a plus, but your ability to influence people in the field is what really matters.
