Safety Professional Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)

Pay:

$55-$60/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, 5:30 AM-3:30 PM Overview We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to support ongoing safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture in a fast-paced operational environment. Responsibilities

Conduct daily safety inspections and jobsite audits

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards

Identify hazards and implement corrective actions

Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training sessions

Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents

Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations

Maintain safety documentation and compliance records

Partner with site leadership to reinforce safe work practices

Monitor proper PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications

3+ years of safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards

Experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

OSHA 30 certification required (or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field

CHST, ASP, CSP, or other relevant safety certifications
