This role will ensure accurate recording of weights, collect product samples, and ensure compliance with refinery and regulatory requirements. Weighmasters perform significant outdoor work, interact with truck drivers, and coordinate with operations to maintain safe and efficient product transfer. Job Function Operate weighing equipment and software to accurately measure the weight of inbound and outbound vehicles. Collect product samples for routine laboratory analyses. Document all weighing and sampling activity in the shift log and ensure accurate data entry. Complete structured shift turnover and review daily notes for assigned tasks. Verify truck compliance with safety and environmental standards while in the scale area. Safely complete all tasks with no spills, releases, or incidents. Provide courteous interaction and clear communication with drivers during weighing and sampling. Notify supervisors of any operational or compliance concerns. Knowledge & Skills Basic knowledge of refinery operations, product sampling, and weighing equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance protocols. Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
