Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks across designated local routes. Transport various types of freight while following all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections on tractor-trailers or other specialized equipment to verify safety and operational readiness. Collaborate with dispatch teams to coordinate deliveries, report issues promptly, and ensure smooth logistics cargo handling. Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL A license. Ability to operate GPS navigation tools effectively for route planning and real-time traffic updates. Experience with delivery driving across local routes with a focus on route driving efficiency and customer service excellence.
