Full-time W2 Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and implement EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies, programs, and procedures across the company. Develop management strategies to ensure compliance with EHS and Facilities regulations and codes; act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies/government authorities. Conduct regular reviews and improvements of existing EHS programs, procedures, and policies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations. Develop documentation related to ISO 14001, including monthly updates, safety committee meetings, ISO 14001 EMS Management Reviews, internal/external audits, accident investigations, and metrics tracking. Create and maintain required EHS permits (e.g., air, water, waste, pressurized vessels, emergency response). Identify risks within the company's business operations; develop and implement mitigation programs. Identify new and emerging EHS regulatory requirements; develop and implement programs and procedures to ensure compliance. Perform accident and incident investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Follow up on action plans from audits, self-inspections, and accident/incident investigations. Support EHS management requirements in report writing, statistical analysis, and incident/accident trend studies. Oversee the Emergency Response Team (ERT) programs. Collaborate in implementing the corporate sustainability program. Act as a liaison to ensure compliance with the corporate business continuity program. Provide input and guidance for Global EHS programs. Collaborate in creating the annual EHS budget for local site(s). Review/update budget reports and/or quarterly budget variance reports for consistency and payment accuracy as advised by the EHS Manager. Determine project scope, obtain vendor quotes, set up new suppliers, and provide justification for purchase orders. Collaborate with the contracts team to review, negotiate, and execute contracts as required. Manage regulatory reporting to federal, state, and local agencies as required. Maintain a document management system to ensure easy retrieval of documents demonstrating EHS compliance. Develop and oversee EHS training programs for employees (e.g., OSHA general industry required training). Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees and leaders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multinational or matrix organizational environments. Demonstrated success in EHS program implementation. Knowledge of sustainability practices and wellness program integration.

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
