Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid FL Occupational Therapist Assistant license
- Must have a valid FL Driver's License
- Must have current CPR Card
- Must have current AHCA Background Screening Report
- Must have either Chest XR report, 2 Step TST report or TB Lab Test Report (Quantiferon Gold)
- Must have a Doctor's Certificate of Good Health
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and best practices
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
