They will maintain safety programs and inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA, and industry standards. The EHS Specialist/Coordinator will conduct training and coaching for associates on observed work habits; perform safety observations & audits; train and assist others in completing their safety responsibilities (Audits, Following Safety Rules, etc.); and provide specific safety training as required.
