We are looking for a EHS Professionals to join our dynamic team to support our client's mission critical project in Boise, ID. This role will be responsible for observing workers, administering EHS program initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety for employees, contractors, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have construction experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or high-tech environments and possess a strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly comfortable with technology, as this position involves using communication-intensive systems. Applicants should demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to navigate and manage communication tools or platforms efficiently. Essential Skills:

Ensure alignment of EHS initiatives with organizational objectives and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors, educating them on necessary safety protocols, emergency response, hazardous materials, and safe work practices. Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed to address the evolving needs of construction environments. Conduct hazard analyses, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify potential safety concerns Investigate and document workplace accidents, near-misses, or other incidents in both construction and data center operations. Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions and reduce the recurrence of safety incidents. Conduct root cause analyses and ensure proper incident reporting to leadership and regulatory agencies. Stay updated with EHS regulations and industry standards specific to construction. Provide regular reports to senior management with recommendations based on analysis.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of EHS experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of

OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO

14001, and other relevant safety standards .

Certifications required:

OSHA 10 or above Certifications preferred: OSHA 30 Experience with contractor safety programs . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations.
