Per Hour Schedule:
Sunday-Wednesday, 6:30 PM - 5:00
AM Start Date:
ASAP We are seeking an EMT Medical Representative to support workplace health and safety programs within a large operational environment. This role combines first aid response, injury prevention, case management support, and employee wellness advocacy. The Medical Representative serves as a frontline resource for employee health concerns while helping maintain a safe and healthy workplace. This position is ideal for EMTs who want to utilize their clinical skills in an occupational health setting while gaining exposure to workplace safety, injury prevention, OSHA compliance, workers' compensation programs, and employee wellness initiatives. What You'll Do Provide first aid care and evaluate employee injuries and illnesses Determine when referrals to outside medical providers are appropriate Maintain accurate medical and incident documentation Support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs Participate in site safety initiatives and employee wellness programs Educate employees on injury prevention and health awareness Attend safety meetings and collaborate with site leadership Maintain daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports Monitor injury trends and assist with workplace safety initiatives Serve as a trusted health and safety resource for employees What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Active EMT, EMT-B, EMT-Basic, AEMT, or NREMT Certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Passion for employee health, wellness, and workplace safety Why This Opportunity Stands Out Excellent opportunity to transition into occupational health Gain exposure to workplace safety and injury prevention programs Consistent 4-day work week Contract-to-hire potential Opportunity to work directly with employees and leadership Compensation $26 - $29 Per Hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
