Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields, with 0-4 years of safety experience. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations. Effective communication, data analysis, problem-solving, and planning abilities. Experience with root cause analysis, risk assessments, and safety compliance documentation. Work conditions may involve manufacturing and office environments, with potential for overtime, shift work, and minimal travel.
