EHS Specialist

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a hands-on EHS Specialist to support safety, security, environmental, and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, working with people, and helping keep a facility running safely and efficiently.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do

Safety & Compliance

Support workplace safety programs and regulatory inspections.

Document inspections and safety activities using Gensuite.

Track and supportpletion of employee safety training.

Assist with investigating and resolving safety concerns.

Participate in safetymittees and rmend workplace safety improvements.

Security Operations

Create and manage employee and visitor badges.

Update facility access permissions as needed.

Conduct routine security and CCTV system inspections.

Coordinate and escort security vendors while onsite.

Facilities & Vendor Coordination

maintain preventive maintenance schedules for facility equipment and systems.

Coordinate vendors supporting mobile equipment, dock doors, fire protection systems, and other facility needs.

Assist with purchasing activities and invoice verification.

Support housekeeping, shredding services, general contractors, and other service providers.

maintain a clean,anized, and professional work environment.

Team Support

Work with employees, vendors, and leadership to address operational needs.

Support projects and additional responsibilities that contribute to overall business goals.

promote a safe,anized, and productive workplace.

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, facilities, EHS, or a related environment.

Aviation industry experience is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

Adaptable andfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strongmunication,anization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, and leadership.

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $26.00 per hour
