Our Cherryfield manufacturing facility has several new openings available on both shifts— Days from 6am-2:30pm and Nights from 2:30pm-11pm . Even better, our night shift includes a 10% shift differential for all hours worked. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour and is based on education, skill, and experience—with increased pay opportunities for candidates with forklift experience! All full-time positions are benefits-eligible after an introductory period. Example Responsibilities Operate and monitor food production machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operation throughout the manufacturing process Follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance at all times Assist with food preparation, processing, and packaging according to established manufacturing procedures Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify mechanical issues or safety hazards, troubleshooting as needed Handle materials and products manually with proper lifting techniques and use of material handling equipment such as forklifts when certified Adhere to regulatory and legal standards including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety protocols Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining accurate records, following standard operating procedures, and participating in safety training sessions Please note that hours increase during our annual Wild Blueberry Harvest from July through September, when shifts move to 12-hour days, 7 days per week.
