Yes Position OverviewOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst I to provide data entry, document management, reporting, scheduling, and general administrative support for its field operations team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with databases and Microsoft Office, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records. Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or document control experience is preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain accurate information in company systems and databases.

Organize and maintain digital and physical records for efficient retrieval.

Prepare standard reports using established templates.

Review reports and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Perform basic data validation, including checking for missing or inconsistent information.

Coordinate meetings, calendars, schedules, and other logistical needs.

Ensure documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

Respond to internal questions and provide clerical support across departments.

Manage multiple assignments while meeting established deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality when working with company records and sensitive information. QualificationsPrevious administrative, clerical, data entry, or document control experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Basic experience working with databases or computerized data systems.

Ability to enter and review information accurately.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in an on-site environment.
