Job Description
EHS Specialist Are you a self-starter? Are you someone who likes making a difference in children's lives in a high-quality preschool program that focuses on parent and child development?? Then Families First of Minnesota is the place for you! We are looking for a full time full year Early Head Start Specialist in our Rochester area!!! This position provides on-the-job guidance, coaching, training, and technical assistance to classroom teaching staff who work in child care partnership classrooms serving Early Head Start children. This position works with program staff to improve the quality of teaching; assist programs to promote positive, significant and sustained outcomes for children; and promote career development for teaching staff working in Early Head Start partner sites. This position supports the family service requirements for all families enrolled in assigned child care partner sites.
