Certification OSHA 30 Construction Certification Current Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors Certification Previous Triple Hat Experience (Superintendent / SSHO / QC Manager) Experience on Federal, Military, USACE, NAVFAC, Air Force, or DoD Construction Projects Preferred Qualifications USACE Construction Experience Air Force or Department of Defense Project Experience Renovation and Facility Conversion Experience RMS/QCS Documentation Experience CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential Previous Aircraft Hangar, Aviation, or Industrial Facility Construction Experience What You'll Be Doing Serve as Superintendent, SSHO, and Quality Control Manager for the duration of the project Provide daily oversight of construction operations, subcontractors, and project execution Ensure compliance with

regulations, and project-specific safety requirements Lead daily safety meetings, inspections, audits, and hazard assessments Review and approve Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans Monitor quality control processes and verify compliance with project specifications Coordinate subcontractor activities and maintain project schedule objectives Manage project documentation, inspections, testing requirements, and closeout activities Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions when required Maintain daily reports, QC documentation, safety records, and project logs Act as the primary field representative for safety, quality, and construction execution Promote a proactive culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and project success Technical Knowledge Candidates should have working knowledge of:
