Paramedic / Occupational Health Technician (Full-Time)

On-site construction project About the Role Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking an experienced Paramedic to serve as an Occupational Health Technician on an active construction site. This role focuses on injury triage, first aid, workplace wellness, safety support, and occupational health services in a proactive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses Provide follow-up care and maintain accurate EMR documentation Conduct drug screens, new hire testing, and health assessments Support workplace safety initiatives, site walks, and stretch-and-flex programs Collaborate with site safety teams and project leadership Maintain clinic supplies and equipment Deliver exceptional service to employees and clients Qualifications Current Paramedic license (or ability to obtain state licensure) Current ACLS certification OSHA-30 (company provided within 90 days) Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience Occupational health, emergency medicine, or industrial experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills Valid driver's license Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability Insurance Overtime pay (1.5x after 40 hours) Night differential (when applicable) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100+ lbs occasionally), bend, climb, kneel, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
